Trace the history of three old and famous cavalry regiments of the region through troubled battles and wars…
Set within the Courtyard of the beautiful Thoresby Hall, The Queen’s Royal Lancers and Nottinghamshire Yeomanry Museum tells the story of the cavalry in the British Army from the days of horseback charge, through to the great tank battles of the Second World War, to present day operations in Iraq and Afghanistan.
